How Trent Hamm Went From Financial Meltdown to Published Author

About six years ago, Trent Hamm had a financial meltdown. As part of his recovery plan, Trent started chronicling money saving tips on The Simple Dollar. Within months, his blog had hundreds of thousands of page views, and two years later Trent quit his job to focus on writing full time. Since then he has published two books on personal finance, and looks forward to writing fiction in the near future. How did he do all this? Trent calls it luck, but I call it hard work and thoughtful planning. Most importantly, Trent shares his tips on how he earned the greatest asset of all: time freedom.
